    You have polite and nice staff but looks like they are overwhelmed and the entire process was chaotic. In spite of asking for a ride and arriving there on time as scheduled. I had to wait for over an hour (another customer who was there before me was very upset and made her own arrangements). I had come for the 10k service, the person I spoke to only did the fix on the engine light. I called again and said that the service was not done, the front desk took the message and it's almost a week and I'm still waiting for a call back. I've used to have an Audi earlier and my son now drives a Jetta GLI. Unfortunately the service seems to have deteriorated quite substantially.

    Jordan (service advisor) was great with everything. Right from looking at the engine issue during an ad hoc drop in to scheduling the appointment, liaising with the warranty providers so arranging the actual repairs and my pick up and drop off. Everything was handled perfectly by Jordan.

    Princeton VW was the one dealership that made the time for me to come in and get my flat fixed. The other dealerships I contacted wanted me to wait days. The staff was communicative, let me know all my options, and worked around my schedule. Mike Siani was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable!

    Every time we come in to Volkswagen Princeton Service it is a fairly smooth process, your prices are fair (for a dealer - though the hourly rate seems high but I chalk that up to everything going up in price), and the people are pleasant to interact with. We appreciate that you work with us when service is needed that we didn’t necessarily budget for and we can space it out across two visits or come up with a service plan vs pressuring us to to ALL of the work at once. Knowing that we are more trusting of your service representatives and almost always take the recommended service.
