    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service experience during my recent visit for the first regular inclusive maintenance on my vehicle. We dropped off the car at approximately 8:30 AM, and by 8:37 AM, I received a text message confirming that the vehicle had been received for service. I immediately responded to ask whether the vehicle would be ready by noon. However, I received no response. At 12:05 PM, I called the service department and left a voicemail requesting a callback. Again, there was no response. I also sent a follow-up text at 12:07 PM asking if the vehicle was ready—still no reply. Given the lack of communication, my wife went to the dealership in person to check on the status. To her surprise, she was informed that the vehicle had not yet been serviced and was only then being moved inside for service. Frustrated by the lack of updates and delays, she left the dealership. Not long after—within 20 minutes of her departure—I received a call stating that the vehicle was now ready for pickup. We eventually collected the vehicle at around 5:30 PM, only to find that it had not even been washed or cleaned, which is typically part of the service. I have purchased four vehicles from VW Princeton over the years and have always expected a high level of service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. The lack of communication, delays, and overall customer service were simply unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to an improvement in your service process moving forward.

    You have polite and nice staff but looks like they are overwhelmed and the entire process was chaotic. In spite of asking for a ride and arriving there on time as scheduled. I had to wait for over an hour (another customer who was there before me was very upset and made her own arrangements). I had come for the 10k service, the person I spoke to only did the fix on the engine light. I called again and said that the service was not done, the front desk took the message and it's almost a week and I'm still waiting for a call back. I've used to have an Audi earlier and my son now drives a Jetta GLI. Unfortunately the service seems to have deteriorated quite substantially.
